Delivery
We currently offer free delivery on any orders within a 30 mile radius. A charge may apply for delivery outside of this area, this is product dependent.
Old Bed Removal
We offer removal of old beds/mattresses free of charge with the purchase of a new bed. This applies to deliveries within a 30 mile radius only. Beds/Mattress Removal is at the discretion of the drivers. Items that have been left outside, are heavily soiled or wet will not be taken. Old bed frames need to be disassembled before collection. Disposal of old beds/mattresses are on a like for like basis
Assembly Of Goods
If assembly is required this may be chargable and needs to be pre arranged before delivery and indicated on paperwork/delivery sheets.
Delivery of Goods
Items will be delivered to rooms indicated by the customer as long as safe access is available. Due to the health and safety drivers are unable to remove shoes, drivers will try to be careful but please ensure carpets etc are covered and hallway/staircases are free from pictures/mirrors and clutter. Outside of 30 miles a courier will be used for delivery and delivery to the room of your choice may not be available.
Payment
Payment on delivery is accepted. Good will not be left unless the balance is paid by cash or card payment over the telephone or to the card machine via a portable card machine, the drivers will remain at the delivery location until the balance is paid. Cheques are not accepted.
