Delivery options:
- We currently offer free delivery on any orders within a 30 mile radius.
- Customers outside of this radius will have to arrange their own collection currently.
- Free old bed disposal is available with all orders.
- Each delivery is made with our own 2-man delivery team and can be left in a room of your choice.
- Our delivery service is available Monday-Saturday from 9-5.
- If your order is made to specification, we will call you when we recieve your order to arrange delivery at a time that is convenient to you.
Orders on hold
If you are not ready to receive your order date straight away then we are happy to hold onto your order for you until you are ready to receive the products.
Old Bed Removal
We offer removal of old beds/mattresses free of charge with the purchase of a new bed. Beds/Mattress Removal is at the discretion of the drivers. Items that have been left outside, are heavily soiled or wet will not be taken. Old bed frames need to be disassembled before collection.
Assembly Of Goods
If assembly is required this may be chargable and needs to be pre arranged before delivery and inditcated on paperwork/delivery sheets.
Delivery of Goods
Items will be delivered to rooms indicated by the customer as long as safe access is available. Due to the health and safety drivers are unable to remove shoes, drivers will try to be careful but please ensure carpets etc are covered and hallway/staircases are free from pictures/mirrors and clutter. Please note that the customer is responsible for ensuring that the purchased goods will fit inside their property. If good do not fit into the property then the customer may be charged a restocking fee for taking back the goods.
Payment
Payment on delivery is accepted. Good will not be left unless the balance is paid by cash or card payment over the telephone, the drivers will remain at the delivery location until the balance is paid. Cheques are not accepted.
