Refund and Returns Policy

Order Amendments

If you need to make a change to your order then please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to change this for you.
After 48 hours of placing your order an administration fee may apply. That includes the size of the product you’ve chosen.

Pre-delivery Cancellations

If you have a change of circumstance and need to cancel your order before delivery then please contact us by phone or email. We will cancel your order and refund your order as soon as possible.

Bed World (Hull) Ltd and our payment processor submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.

A special order or made to order item i.e. a bed, headboard or mattress may be subject to a manufacturing cost. If you change your mind or cancel an order we will retain a percentage of the balance of the purchase to cover our expenditures. Other items may be subject to a restocking charge. A bespoke Item is also exempt and cannot be cancelled.

Returns After Delivery

Online Orders Only:

Please contact us within 14 days after delivery to return your online order. For hygienic reasons some products can only be accepted if they are still in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on bespoke products. Please note, you have a responsibility to take care of the goods while they are in your possession. 

Faulty Products

In the rare occasion that any of your ordered products arrive damaged or develop a fault, please contact us on 01482 226425 and we will help you get this sorted. Please consider that slight mattress movement and settlement is completely normal. If this is after 30 days of receiving the product then the manufacturer’s warranty will apply.
