Visited Bed World after a somewhat awful experience elsewhere and I can honestly say the service was excellent. Normally at other places the sales staff follow you around asking if they can help, I’m one of those people that will ask if I need help, don’t need constant prompting, but Bed World left you to it and said to ask if you need anything. I purchased a Sealey mattress after a lot deliberation and it has just been delivered, we live in a three story house and they took it up two floors, took all packaging away and popped it on my bed frame. It all came within a two week lead time. I’m very excited to go to bed tonight and get a comfortable nights sleep. Highly recommend Bed World Hull.

Excellent service. Lovely team of people. So helpful and friendly including showroom staff and delivery drivers. Large showroom. Lots to choose from and great quality beds and mattresses.

Fair prices and great customer services. Bought a mattress which was top quality and decent price. Very polite fella who sold me the mattress would definitely use again.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Dave in showroom was very helpful without being pushy and the delivery was great. Took new bed upstairs, assembled it and put my headboard on. Took my old bed and all packaging away. What more could you ask, would definitely buy from them again and recommend to everyone.Thanks guys.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Good price excellent service rang me one hour before delivery as promised rang me a little later to say running a bit late. Took old mattress away got new one upstairs which wasn't easy for a superkingsize. Free delivery, very pleased would definitely use them again

Top service from these guys, I have purchased from this company on multiple occasions for the past 20 years, do not get mixed up with the other bed world as this bed world is the original local firm & has been operating for many years in Hull, Dave on the front desk is very helpful & lac the delivery driver not only delivered but took the new bed upstairs & had taken away my old bed which I found to be very convenient & saved me having to dispose of it, definitive service, keep up the good work.

Excellent friendly service from Bedworld.Fast efficient delivery, they took the old bed and assembled the new bed and it took them a matter of minutes.Have bought from Bedworld before and will always go back to them and recommend them to all our friends.

Amazing Personal service from the guys at Bedworld. Looking at beds can be hard and picking a mattress as they all look the same but with the help and guidance from the friendly staff we picked the best king size bed, headboard (yellow!) and a super mattress!The Wife is happy, so I am too!The delivery staff came on the date and on time, delivered our bed and carried it upstairs. No mess from shoes etc and removed our old bed and mattress.We were given a great deal and we really appreciate the kind service.Worth more stars on the rating.We will be back in a few years!Martin & Georgie (Dent-Remover)

Really great service, friendly and helpful! Excellent prices and fast delivery times. This is the second bed from here, the first lasted 10 years so glad I could get another very comfy bed!
