The Serenity Plus is a thoughtfully engineered layered mattress that combines advanced spring and foam technology to deliver exceptional comfort and support. At its core, it features a network of individual pocket springs, designed to respond independently to body weight and movements, providing customized support that adapts to each sleeper’s unique shape and sleeping position. Surrounding the pocket springs are four distinct types of foam, each selected to enhance the mattress’s overall feel and performance. Delivery
We currently offer free delivery on any orders within a 30 mile radius. Customers outside of this radius will have to arrange their own collection at this time.
Old Bed Removal
We offer removal of old beds/mattresses free of charge with the purchase of a new bed. Beds/Mattress Removal is at the discretion of the drivers. Items that have been left outside, are heavily soiled or wet will not be taken. Old bed frames need to be disassembled before collection.
Assembly Of Goods
If assembly is required this may be chargable and needs to be pre arranged before delivery and inditcated on paperwork/delivery sheets.
Delivery of Goods
Items will be delivered to rooms indicated by the customer as long as safe access is available. Due to the health and safety drivers are unable to remove shoes, drivers will try to be careful but please ensure carpets etc are covered and hallway/staircases are free from pictures/mirrors and clutter.
Payment
Payment on delivery is accepted. Good will not be left unless the balance is paid by cash or card payment over the telephone or to the card machine via a portable card machine, the drivers will remain at the delivery location until the balance is paid. Cheques are not accepted.
